Try it Again Tuesday: ELF Conditioning Lip Balm

I have been digging down in my makeup and using products that I have not used in a while. This week I've been re-trying the ELF Conditioning Lip Balm with SPF15 and I remembered why I quit using it in the first place. I have one in Peaceful Pink and one in Nice & Natural. I think these lip balms are a tad on the sticky side while they are on your finger,
but once you get them on your lips the stickiness seems to go away. The biggest problem I have with these lip balms is they make my lips burn and just feel uncomfortable and I'm not sure why. The other issues I have with these is having to stick your finger in the product to be able to apply it, can we say germs LOL. I also don't really like the packaging of these, they are big and bulky. There is a plus to these though, that have really good pigmentation! I will probably either give these to my niece or trash them.
