What I can tell you so far is
the primer has some shimmer to it, but I don't seem to notice it after I apply my foundation. The lipstick is very creamy and does not have any shimmer.

Wish List Wednesday Shopping
I went out and purchased a couple of products from my Wish List Wednesday Posts! I picked up the NYC Smooth Skin Perfecting Primer and NYC City Duet lip color in Cafe Cuties. I've used the primer a couple of times and I like it so far. After I have used these items for a couple of weeks I'll do a review on them both.
What I can tell you so far is

Ha! I was looking at the exact same things at walmart yesterday, but ended up getting a NYC Lipstain :)
ReplyDeleteI used to have the old NYC primer with color, and I liked it, I want to try the new formula, after I finish the ones I have. Now the lipstick is right up my alley, when I go to Walmart I'll be sure to look for that color.
