Review: Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition

About a month ago I was sent a bottle of Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition shampoo and a bottle of the matching conditioner from BuzzAgent to test out and review. I used these products for a couple of weeks and I have to say I don't like them. The product claims to transform your hair with the most intense nourishment yet and that it nourishes hair to the core. Also states that hair shines from within.

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition

Wanted to tell you guys about a new product that I am trying out. It's the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo and Conditioner for dry or damaged hair. This shampoo and conditioner is formulated to work best on dry or damaged hair. I feel that my hair is very dry, sounds kind of crunchy when you squeeze it. I have naturally curly hair and I tend to flat iron it a lot so I’m sure that my hair has damage. So hopefully this shampoo and conditioner will improve the quality of my hair.

Garnier has spent 2 years formulating the Triple Nutrition shampoo and conditioner. It contains 3 weightless nutritive fruit oils, Olive, Avocado, and Shea. The conditioner is ultra rich and is supposed to rinse clean. This line also includes Nutrient spray and 3-Minute Undo Dryness Reversal Treatment. They have a suggested retail price of $3.99 for a 13 oz.bottle and $6.99 for a 25.4 oz. bottle.

This product claims to transform your hair with the most intense nourishment yet and that it nourishes hair to the core. Also states that hair shines from within. Claims that the conditioner will not weigh down you hair and reverses up to one year of damage in one week.

I have only used this product twice since receiving it for review from BuzzAgent, so this is by no means a review of this product, that will come later LOL. But with the 2 uses of this product I did notice that it does not seem to weigh down my hair like other conditioner usually do. My hair also feels somewhat smoother. This shampoo and conditioner also smells really good, which is something that I look for in my shampoos. I am anxious to see if this shampoo and conditioner will really reverse a year worth of damage in just one week. I’ll keep you posted!

Have you tried the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition line of products? What did you think about them?

Burt's Bees Update

Okay so I have been using a couple of products from the sensitive line from Burt's Bees and I have to say I have enjoyed it! The Cleanser is so creamy! I like to use it when I'm in the shower, cause if I try to splash my face with water and rinse it off that way I tend to make a huge mess LOL. The moisturizer is great too! It absorbs in to your skin fairly quick and leaves you skin feeling so soft and smooth. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the moisturizer does not have SPF.

Burt's Bees

I am getting the opportunity to try out some new products from Burt's Bees by being a Buzz Agent! YAY! :)

So the 2 products that I am trying out are from the new sensitive skin line. I am trying out the facial cleanser and the daily moisturizing cream.

This post is just going to be a little info on each product and my initial thoughts about the products. Once I have used them for a while I will do a full review follow up post.

The products from the sensitive line contain 99% natural ingredients, such as cotton, rice and aloe. They are formulated to cleanse and moisturize sensitive skin without causing redness or irritation.

The facial cleanser is a soap-free cleaner and is clinically proven to moisturize while gently cleansing away dirt, oil and makeup. Retail cost is $9.99 for a 6 oz. bottle.

The daily moisturizer contains rice extract to moisturize and aloe to soothe. It is non-comedogenic, which means it won't clog your pores. Retail cost is $14.99 for a 1.8 oz. bottle.

The great thing about these products containing cotton extract is that it helps to moisturize the skin, while increasing the softness and suppleness of skin. It improves the skins barrier function and helps to maintain the skin's naturals moisture. Cotton extract also helps to even out skin tone.

My opinion on the facial cleanser is that it's okay. I'm used to using a cleanser where I can massage it on to my face then remove it with a wet cloth. The Burt's Bees cleanser is different, you will need to wet your face the apply the cleanser then rinse it off with water. I have used this a couple of times and I can't seem to remove all of my make up with this cleanser. I will continue to use it and see if my opinion of it changes.

I really enjoy the moisturizing cream. It comes in a really cute pump bottle. I feel that it is really excellent at moisturizing my skin. The only con that I can think of is that it does not contain SPF, which is something I like for my facial moisturizer to have.

The scent of these products is quite nice too. It has a really clean scent.

I will continue to use the products, and like I said before, give a full final review later on. If you have any questions about these products that I did not cover feel free to leave a comment down below.
