CVS Haul

I had heard that CVS was having another one of their great 50-75% off sales, so I stopped by my local CVS and picked up a few things!
The first 3 items were not part of the 50-75% off sale.

Wet n wild Creme Liner $3.99 -- I have never used a creme liner before so we'll see how this goes LOL

Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat $7.39 (should have been $4.99) -- I don't like this for 3 reasons: 1 I was charged to much for it, there was a display that said it was $4.99, but I didn't notice how much I had been charged for it till after I had already left the store.
2nd I don't think it works very well. If you use it over Sally Hansen polish it seems to do alright, but I only have like 4 Sally Hansen polishes, so I'd rather just get the China Glaze Crackle polishes. Thirdly the brush is super small and I feel like with this type of polish it helps to have a little bigger brush since you want to cover as much of the nail as you can in one stroke. This will probably be going back to the store =/

Wet n Wild eyeshadow in The Gilded Age $2.99 -- These colors are AMAZING! Beautiful bronze and gold tones. Absolutely perfect for summer! I forgot to take pix of swatches so if you want to see them let me know and I'll take some and get them posted =) When you go to CVS to look for these, they are not located with the other Wet n Wild products, they have a separate display. Mine was located toward the front of the store at the cosmetics.

Wet n Wild Glassy Gloss in Reflection $1.49 -- I love Wet n Wild products and I like them even better when you can get them for 50% off!!! I really like this gloss, it's kind of a thick gloss, but it's not really sticky. It seems to last for quite some time as well.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro Nail Polish in Marine Blue $1.12 -- I have only swatched this polish (see last picture), but I absolutely love the finish that it has, it looks almost foil like. I think this will be a great color for summer also.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polish in Yellow Kitty $1.99 -- I have been loving the pastel color nail polishes so when I seen this one for 75% off I just had to get it.

Sally Hansen Hi-Definition Polish in Hi-Res $1.75 -- I love to have bright pink polishes on my toes during the spring and summer and I thought this was just right up my alley and 75% off so you can't beat that LOL.
Here are the swatches of the nail polishes! From Left to Right:
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polish in Yellow Kitty, Sally Hansen Hi-Definition Polish in Hi-Res, Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro Nail Polish in Marine Blue with the Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat, Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro Nail Polish in Marine Blue, and Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Polish in Yellow Kitty with the Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat.

  3. Thanks for the heads up on the sally hansen crackle nail polish. It seems like their stuff is kinda hit or miss. I love the nail effects but I tried their polish pen and had to return it.
