Chic Peek

A while back I found this site on Facebook called Chic Peek, if you have ever heard of JewelMint it's pretty much the same thing. You go to the site, take a quiz and they select a few pieces of jewelry that match your results of your quiz. Each piece cost $30, but could have an actual retail value up to $300! Well on Chic Peek's Facebook page they were giving away Friendship Bracelets to people that liked their page and I got mine in the mail today. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the item, a lot of times when companies give some thing away for free like that, it may not be the best thing ever, but I LOVE the bracelet that they sent me! Its made out of black string with three beautiful shades of purple beads. It feels a little heavy and like it is very well made. I also received a $10 credit for my first purchase from their site. luckily it does not have an expiration date, because it may be a while before I get to use it, because like I said before everything on the site cost $30. So for now I will enjoy my freebie :)

Beauty Freebies!

I love that companies are willing to offer free samples of their products. I get most of my freebies from Facebook.


First thing I got I was some samples from Biore. There is a cleanser, a scrub, and a nose strip. Also got a $1.00 off coupon.

I also got a sample of Bodycology's Wild Poppy body cream and a $1.00 off coupon.

This is the freebie that I was most excited about getting. A few months or so ago I was invited to try out a website called Style United. I was told that I would receive a free product from P&G for trying out the site and giving feedback. I thought I'd just get a make up products like a lip gloss or something. Was very surprised to see that I received an Olay Regenerist Microdermabrasion and peel system! Very excited to try this out and see how it works.

Target Beauty Bag 2012

I was lucky enough to score one of Target's Beauty Bags when they were offering them on their Facebook page! I love getting these because you get a super cute cosmetics bag and a few new products to try out. This years bag is just as good as the other 2 that I have received in past years. First off the bag makes me think

The other day I recived my FREE Beauty Bag from Target! It was full of great goodies (see pic below).

It came in this adorable little cosmetic pouch. The pouch contained a coupon book with $20 worth of savings, a sample  of L'oreal Youth Code, a sample of John Freida Full Repair shampoo and conditioner, a sample of Garnier Fructis Pure Clean shampoo and conditioner, a sample of Tresemme Naturals shampoo and conditioner, a sample of Burt's Bees Radiance daily moisturizer, and a sample pack of Pond's Evening Soothe wet cleansing cloths.

So far I have only tried out the Pond's cloths and I absolutely love them! They remove all your make-up and smell great!
