Try it Again Tuesday: ELF Conditioning Lip Balm

I have been digging down in my makeup and using products that I have not used in a while. This week I've been re-trying the ELF Conditioning Lip Balm with SPF15 and I remembered why I quit using it in the first place. I have one in Peaceful Pink and one in Nice & Natural.
